– Check your e mail, club newsletter, club website, club bulletin board, calendar.
– Check in with the coaches once a month
– Come into the pool more often
– Attend special meetings, parties & club functions

Commitment & Club Protocol

• Club Payments:
-  Paid in full by the 1st of the month
-  Payment is due for the next month even if child doesn't swim unless we are notified prior to next months billing statement.
– Meet fees paid in full upon entering the meet
– Mail in payments or deliver to the pool and submit in the club box.
– If you cannot pay in full or have difficulty with payments, please contact our club treasurer for arrangements. If payments are outstanding your child will be removed from practice until payment is complete.

• Meet Sign Up
– Most meet sign ups are three weeks prior to the date of the meet. ( listed on the club calendar)
– Meet sign up sheets are available at the club bulletin board
– Fill in information & hand in to a coach or at the pool office with payment
– Relays are taken care of by the club. (participation in relays are only available if we have enough swimmers attending the meet per age group)

Pool Structure
• New Management
– The pool will not be open for accessories during practice on an everyday basis. However, on Monday’s a representative from the board & pool staff will be on hand to assist in any of your needs or questions. Please come into the pool after practices on these days.
