FACILITIES: Indoor 25 yard six lane pool. Bulkhead with diving well for warm ups and cool down. Six lane scoreboard with Colorado Timing equipment, pads, backups, etc.
PROTICAL: This is a one event swimming experience. One mile, 1650 yards, short course at altitude. Warm up at will in the four lanes provided in the diving well before each heat swims. You must provide your own timer and counter. Heating and timelines will be set up according to entry times sent in by each team and/or individual.
This event is open to all ages, however, all swimmers must have an entry time in order to enter the meet! If you fail to provide a time, a time will be given to you in order to set timelines for the meet.
Note: Once all entries are received and an entry time is given, a timeline will be established. This timeline will be sent back to the team, coach or entry chairperson in order to give adequate estimates for warm up and arrival in Estes Park.
Results will be posted after the entire meet is over along will splits for coaches and swimmers. The maximum altitude time adjustment can be used for this event for future qualifying meets.
RULES: Current 2006 USA rules will apply. Age as of December 27th, 2006 will determine age group. Open to all swimmers holding a 2006 US Swimming Membership card. Also open to all USA Masters holding a current USA masters card. Any swimmer that appears on the CSI exemption report without registration must come to the meet prepared to show their USA card or be deck registered before they can enter the water. This also applies to all US Masters. Each team must be a 2006-2007 member of USA swimming. Coaches must be registered with USA swimming or US Masters. All events will be TIMED FINALS.
AWARDS: All entrants will receive a T-Shirt once they complete the event. The T-Shirt will be the only award given signifying a job well done.
PROGRAMS: Programs will be provided for $1.00.
CONCESSIONS: There will be a concession stand available with a variety of snacks and drinks. A small swim shop is also available for most swimming needs.
ENTRY FEE: The entry fee for the meet is $20.00. This includes all swimming surcharges, CSI charges and meet fees. Please make checks payable to Estes Park Swim Club.
SCRATCH
PROCEEDURE: If for any reason you will be scratching the event, please notify the meet director prior to 7 am on the event day. Modifications can still be made prior to the program being printed and the final timeline established.

Late Entries will be accepted under the discretion of the meet director. All late entries will be swum after swims are completed according to the program.
